That seems a valid business strategy for many organisations. Creating community, in my view, can be done without the need to create your own platform for the community to exist. Your community around your organisation will exist outside within other community spaces. And this way, have more reach.

Making sure your organisation supports this is a business strategy in itself.

<p>That seems a valid business strategy for many organisations. Creating community, in my view, can be done without the need to create your own platform for the community to exist.
